These terms govern access to neural-trellisfield.click and enrolment in sessions offered by Neural Trellis Field Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the site or reserving a workshop place you accept these terms.

Services described

The site describes technical analysis training, including weekly chart planning workshops, private reviews, foundation cohorts, and desk intensives. Descriptions are informational. A binding booking arises only when we confirm your place in writing and you pay any required deposit or invoice.

Eligibility

Workshops are intended for adults making their own trading decisions. Attendance does not create an advisory, discretionary management, or brokerage relationship.

Intellectual property

Site content, printed chart pack templates, workbooks, and facilitator materials remain the property of Neural Trellis Field Limited or their respective owners. You may keep your personal annotated charts and notes from sessions you attend. You may not reproduce workshop materials for commercial teaching without written consent.

No investment advice

Sessions teach planning craft and chart reading habits. Nothing on this site or in a workshop is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or futures contract. Trading involves risk of loss.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or submit false enrolment details.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions you make after attending a session. Our aggregate liability arising from a booking is limited to fees you paid us for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our sessions, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
