Refund & reschedule policy

This policy applies to paid sessions offered by Neural Trellis Field Limited: weekly chart planning workshops, private chart reviews, foundation cohorts, and desk intensives.

Eligibility window

Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least seven full days before the session start time (Hong Kong time). Cancellations inside seven days are eligible for a partial refund or credit as described below.

Weekly workshops & private reviews

  • 7+ days notice: full refund of fees paid for that seat or session, minus any non-recoverable custom print costs already incurred for symbols you requested.
  • 48 hours to 7 days: 50% refund, or transfer to another dated session within eight weeks if seats exist.
  • Under 48 hours or no-show: no refund; we may offer a single courtesy transfer at our discretion.

Foundation cohorts

Withdrawals more than fourteen days before cohort start receive a full refund. Within fourteen days, a 40% cancellation fee applies. After the first evening begins, tuition is non-refundable, though missed evenings may be audited in a later cohort if space allows.

Desk intensives

Deposits are refundable in full with fourteen days’ notice. Inside fourteen days, deposits are retained against preparation time. If we cancel because a facilitator is unavailable, you receive a full refund or a new date at your choice.

Work already started & materials

Custom chart printing and workbook packs prepared for your booking are non-refundable once produced. Standard seat packs reused for other participants are not charged separately.

Rescheduling

You may request one free reschedule for weekly or private sessions when notice meets the seven-day threshold. Further changes may incur an administrative fee of HK$200.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days after written approval. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

Exceptions

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or transfer. Typhoon signal 8 or black rainstorm arrangements follow Hong Kong norms: sessions are postponed and deposits carry forward.
