Neural Trellis Field Limited (“we”) is the data controller for personal information collected through neural-trellisfield.click and during workshop enrolment.

Data we collect

Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
Session preferences, preferred dates, and message content
Billing details needed to issue invoices
Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted

Purposes

We use data to respond to enquiries, confirm seats, deliver workshops, process refunds, improve the site when analytics are allowed, and meet accounting and legal duties in Hong Kong.

Legal bases

Depending on the context we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a training studio, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal obligation for tax records.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months. Booking and invoice records are retained for seven years to satisfy Hong Kong accounting requirements. Analytics data, when collected, is retained according to the provider settings described on our cookies page.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who host email, accounting, or analytics on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some processors may store data outside Hong Kong. Where that occurs we take steps appropriate under applicable law to protect the information, such as contractual safeguards with the processor.

Your rights
